This is a permanent, full-time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Our Asset Strategy and Planning Team is focused on making sure Torus can continue to operate and achieve our goals, by controlling risks and maintaining our compliance with regulations.  As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring property, stock condition and component data held by Torus is complete, accurate and fit for purpose. This role will report to the Asset Planning & Data Manager.

 

This is an important role in which you will:

  • Work collaboratively with teams across the Torus Group to ensure that property, stock condition and component data is robust, accurate and current and that property movements and changes in the condition, configuration and status of land and property assets are recorded in all relevant systems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure processes, system links and reports are in place and operating correctly to support the effective management of asset data, including data provided by contractors and other external sources.
  • Conduct regular auditing of asset data, asset data management processes and automated system links (including those managed by others) and to correct errors, implement improvements and report on the results
  • Provide asset data analysis and reporting to support investment planning, business planning, asset performance modelling, asset and portfolio reviews and option appraisals.

 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess a minimum of 2-years’ experience of data analysis, preferably gained within an Asset Management function.
  • Hold a level 4 qualification in Data Analysis or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with asset management and/or housing management systems.
  • Have experience managing complex data sets held in disparate systems and maintained by multiple stakeholders.
  • Possess a high level of ICT competence with particular emphasis on spreadsheet packages such as Excel.
