We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Business Support Officer to join our fast-paced Sales Team based in the Northwest.  The successful candidate will be an organised individual who will thrive in a target driven environment whilst providing and promoting a professional sales service to ensure that customer aspirations and business objectives are met.  In return Torus will offer you a competitive salary and the opportunity to work agilely in line with business needs. 

This is an important role in which you will:
•    Be an integral member of the team delivering our corporate objective of 500 new sales and lets during 2024/25 
•    Be responsible for liaising with solicitors from initial instruction to sale completion to ensure targets are achieved 
•    Manage workload efficiently in line with service level agreements and respond effectively to change 
•    Work collaboratively with the Sales Co-Ordinators to ensure sales are progressed in line with target timescales  
•    Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless service to customers 

To be successful in this role you will:
•    Be able to demonstrate working in a successful target driven environment  
•    Have a track record in delivering services which have resulted in measurable business benefits 
•    Have knowledge of affordable home ownership products and new build sales 
•    Have a proven ability to deliver a customer focused service 
•    Be a team player who is supportive of colleagues 
•    Be confident when dealing with internal and external stakeholders 
•    Demonstrate high levels of motivation and resilience combine with  enthusiasm and commitment
